WHAT HAPPENS IF I RECEIVE A FAULTY ITEM OR THE WRONG PRODUCT?

WRONG ITEM:

We will send you a postage paid envelope to send back the incorrect product and once that is received we will send you out the correct product, this way you dont have to pay for postage. 

FAULTY ITEM:

Should your item be faulty, you will need to contact us immediatly within 7 days of receiving the parcel, along with a photo of the fault and we will take it from there and ensure the issue is resolved. 

PAYPAL PAYMENT:

Please ensure your details are correct on Paypal. We cannot take responsibility for items being sent to the incorrect address. 

SALE ITEMS:

Unfortunately we do not offer return/exchange on sale and clearance items.
